Principal Attorney and Founder

Andrew Brody is a Los Angeles native who devotes his law practice to the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate and personal injury. He has built a strong reputation as a skilled attorney and always upholds the highest standard of service for his clients.

Andrew is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Trusts & Estate section of the State Bar of California. In 2014, he was selected as a member of the Nickel Club Alumni Committee at Southwestern Law School and actively participates in legal events throughout the greater Los Angeles community.

Education

Andrew received his law degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. At Southwestern, Andrew was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and recipient of the Witkin Award for exceptional legal writing. He was also selected to study international law at University College London. During law school, Andrew participated in the Street Law Clinic where he provided pro bono counseling to at-risk youth in Los Angeles.

Experience

Prior to starting The Law Office of Andrew Brody, Andrew clerked at the prestigious Los Angeles plaintiff’s law firm, Rose, Klein & Marias, LLP. Andrew also has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate. He worked for the CIM Group and CB Richard Ellis, where he managed commercial, retail, and residential real estate portfolios for institutional investors. Because of his unique background and broad experience, he is able to tackle a variety of issues related to his practice of law.
